Buschbeck barbecues are so imaginatively designed they can’t help making a favourable impact on your garden and lifestyle.
Stone grey and terracotta complement each other so well and this combination is used both on the BBQ and side table that can accommodate drinks, condiments, dips in addition to any other item that makes your barbecued food taste so good.
Cooking food on the Carmen masonry barbecue, that burns charcoal (briquettes or lumpwood), is simply a delight, with four heights to choose from, a heavy-duty chrome grill and plenty of space for all your BBQ favourites.
Options include a porcelain enamel coated cast iron grill, you can prepare authentic pizzas in a stainless steel oven and there’s even a gas burner insert if you prefer it to charcoal.
With no maintenance required, the Carmen barbecue will retain its good looks for many years with perhaps just a jet wash to clean it every so often. If you prefer another colour that perhaps fits in with existing outdoor furniture, this is simple to achieve with masonry paint.

Carmen Set Fuel Information:
Unlike many of the other Buschbeck masonry barbecue fireplaces, the Buschbeck Carmen Set has only been designed to burn charcoal / lumpwood or briquettes. Because of the additional weight of the side table on the delivery pallet this means that the inner double-skinned hood has had to be removed from the specification. It is the presence of the inner hood that enables Buschbeck products to burn both charcoal and wood. If you’d prefer, choose the standard Carmen without side table which includes the double-skinned hood to enable you to use both charcoal and wood fuel options.
Each Buschbeck barbecue is crafted using refractory concrete which is virtually maintenance-free and does not require any future painting unless preferred to change the colour scheme to fit your garden by painting the external areas (except the refractor areas). The only maintenance required is if it becomes ‘weathered’ or dirty, then a quick hose with a pressure washer or garden hose should sort the problem and have it looking as good as new! Previous customers are still using their Buschbeck’s over 20 years later, so you know they’re made to last!
