Palazzetti Gargano 3 Masonry BBQ with Wood Fired Oven

This BBQ really does have it all, a large grill area which can be fuelled with either wood or charcoal for a traditional grilling experience and on the other side, a wood-fired pizza oven, allowing you to cook up true Italian-style pizza, or a whole host of other foods such as bread, veg, meats or desserts, that would be impossible to do with a conventional oven due to the temperatures required.

Its refractory concrete construction makes it perfect for outdoor cooking at high temperatures and it can be left outside all year round due to its hardwearing nature. The colour scheme is already very attractive, contrasting perfectly with the grey-polished Marmotech worktop, Marmotech being a blend of refractory concrete and marble, however, the BBQ can be painted if you should wish.

Palazzetti has everything covered with this BBQs excellent specifications and features such as the double-walled firebox with high alumina content complete with rear ventilation, the grill insulating mat, the ash drawer and the fast-fire box system which provides superb air circulation to improve combustion. The oven also sports a stainless steel door that comes with a cool-to-touch handle as well as an integrated thermometer so you’ll always know the interior temperature without the need to open the door.
