  • Customized or perishable items may not be eligible unless faulty.

💰 Refund Process

  1. Request return via email with order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed via Stripe within 3–5 business days.

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the product is defective or the error is ours, we cover all costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
